Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that personalized items are non-refundable.
If a returned item is received and it is not in its original condition—meaning it shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing original packaging or accessories—we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an unused item, still in its original package you may do so within 14 days for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
